Greengage is working with the North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust, the Cumbria Partnership Foundation Trust and the North Cumbria CCG to clarify the strategy for integration of provider organisations for health in North Cumbria. Our work has included strategic planning workshops with Non-Executive Directors and Executive Teams to create the strategy for ‘one health organisation without barriers’. This work has included exploration of the behaviours and ways of working that are consistent with highest levels of performance in a single health organisation.
